I began in the Texas Longhorn business in 2005, purchasing my first cow from Roy and Ellen Bode with Bar 30 Ranch. Originally, I was just going to have two cows and a steer. Like so many others, it didn't take long for me to have a real passion for these creatures. My program has come a long way over the past several years; fortunately I've been able to accumulate some good genetics from many outstanding breeders. I use artificial insemination almost exclusively in order to produce what I feel people are looking for in the breed.
